JOB DESCRIPTION – SENIOR ACCOUNTANTCompany: Prananya Developers

• Key ResponsibilitiesManage day-to-day accounting independently.
• Handle GST, TDS, and statutory compliance.
• Maintain accounts in Tally ERP / Tally Prime.
• Handle bank reconciliation, payments, and banking transactions.
• Manage vendor, contractor, subcontractor, and labour accounts.
• Maintain project-wise accounts, costing, expenses, and budgets.
• Verify material, labour, contractor, and project-related bills.
• Track advances, receivables, payables, and outstanding payments.
• Prepare MIS, cost statements, payment schedules, and financial reports.
• Coordinate with management, site teams, vendors, auditors, and consultants.
• Maintain accurate financial records and supporting documents.
• Required SkillsStrong knowledge of GST, TDS & Tally.
• Experience in BRS and banking transactions.
• Knowledge of construction/project accounting.
• Experience with vendor, contractor & labour accounts.
• Good knowledge of Excel and MIS reporting.
• Strong analytical, communication, and coordination skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Preferred Profile4+ years of relevant experience, preferably in construction, real estate, infrastructure, or contracting, with practical knowledge of accounting, GST/TDS, project costing, and financial reporting.
