Job DescriptionWe are looking for a motivated and responsible Sales & Operations Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for handling customer enquiries, sales follow-ups, order coordination, and day-to-day sales operations.

• Key ResponsibilitiesHandle customer enquiries through phone, WhatsApp, email, and other channels.
• Follow up with existing and potential customers.
• Prepare and share quotations with customers.
• Coordinate customer orders from confirmation to delivery.
• Coordinate with production, warehouse, accounts, and transport teams.
• Maintain customer and sales records in CRM/Excel.
• Follow up on pending payments and customer requirements.
• Generate new business opportunities and maintain good customer relationships.
• Update daily sales and follow-up reports.
• Coordinate with customers regarding delivery schedules.
• Support the management in day-to-day sales and operational activities.
• Requirements1–3 years of experience in Sales / Operations / Customer Relationship / Business Development.
• Good communication and negotiation skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and email.
• Experience with CRM software is an advantage.
• Candidates with experience in plywood, building materials, hardware, furniture, or related industries will be preferred.
• Must be responsible, punctual, and willing to learn.
• Should be comfortable with regular customer follow-ups.

Salary₹15,000 – ₹30,000 per month, depending on experience and skills.

Additional Incentives: Performance-based incentives may be provided.
