Job Description

  • Monitor quality performance of plastic manufacturing processes such as:
  • Injection moulding
  • Blow moulding
  • Extrusion
  • Assembly
  • Printing / secondary operations
  • Tool / mould-related processes
  • Ensure process parameters are defined and controlled.
  • Monitor first-off / first-piece approval.
  • Ensure inspection standards and acceptance criteria are established.
  • Coordinate control of non-conforming products.
  • Monitor rejection, rework, scrap and customer-return trends.
  • Drive reduction of process variation and recurring defects.
