Job Description
Roles & Responsibility
Order Picking: Navigating warehouse racks to retrieve grocery and household items exactly as listed on the digital order sheet.
Scanning & Verification: Using a scanner or smartphone app to log products, check for expiry dates, and verify order accuracy.
Packing: Packaging items safely using appropriate bags so they are ready for the delivery rider.
Inventory Management: Assisting with stock checks, organizing shelves, and ensuring the store remains clean.
Loading/Unloading: Helping with heavy lifting and stocking when delivery trucks arrive at the store.
