Job DescriptionWe are looking for enthusiastic and dedicated candidates to join our NGO fundraising team as Relationship Managers – Non-Voice Process.
The role involves communicating with potential donors through WhatsApp, chat, and text messages, explaining our NGO's social welfare activities and fundraising initiatives, and building positive relationships with donors.
- Roles & ResponsibilitiesCommunicate with potential donors through WhatsApp, chat, and text messages.
- Explain NGO projects, social welfare activities, and fundraising initiatives.
- Follow up with interested donors and encourage contributions.
- Maintain donor information and update records.
- Build and maintain good relationships with donors.
- Provide clear and professional responses to donor queries.
- Eligibility Criteria Any Degree.
