Job Description
- Identify and approach potential customers to generate new business leads.
- Conduct regular field visits to meet prospective and existing clients.
- Promote the company's products and services and explain their benefits.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Understand customer requirements and provide suitable service solutions.
- Follow up on leads, quotations, and sales proposals to close deals.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and pipeline updates.
- Prepare and submit regular sales reports to the reporting manager.
- Skills & QualificationsGraduate in any discipline.
- Good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer-oriented approach and convincing ability.
- Willingness to travel extensively for field visits.
- Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and reporting tools.
- Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.
