Job Description

  • Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of the office, meeting rooms, and common areas.
  • Serve tea, coffee, and refreshments to employees and visitors.
  • Ensure meeting rooms are arranged and ready for meetings.
  • Handle photocopying, printing, scanning, and basic document-related tasks.
  • Deliver and collect documents within and outside the office, as required.
  • Assist with office supplies, stationery, and pantry stock maintenance.
  • Support administrative tasks and other office-related activities as assigned.
  • Ensure the pantry and office facilities are maintained properly.
  • Assist with receiving parcels, couriers, and other deliveries.
