Job Description
We are looking for a proactive and people-oriented HR Executive to join IrthLife and support our day-to-day HR operations and help build a positive, productive workplace. The ideal candidate should be comfortable handling recruitment, employee coordination, documentation, attendance, onboarding, and employee engagement activities.
- Key ResponsibilitiesManage end-to-end recruitment, including job posting, candidate sourcing, screening, interviews, and follow-ups.
- Coordinate employee onboarding and joining formalities.
- Maintain employee records, attendance, leave, and HR documentation.
- Support payroll-related activities and provide accurate attendance inputs.
- Coordinate with employees regarding HR policies, queries, and requirements.
- Support performance management and KPI tracking.
- Assist in drafting HR letters, policies, announcements, and internal communications.
- Maintain confidentiality of employee and company informatioN
