Job Description
Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated Field Sales Executive to develop new customers, generate sales, manage existing clients, and achieve assigned sales targets through field visits and customer interactions.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Identify and approach new customers and business opportunities.
- Conduct regular field visits to customers, dealers, distributors, and retailers.
- Generate leads through cold calling, referrals, and market visits.
- Present and explain company products/services to prospective customers.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
- Follow up on leads, quotations, orders, and payments.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.
- Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and market trends.
