Job Title: Agency Development Manager (ADM)
Job Summary:
We are seeking an ambitious and motivated Agency Development Manager to join Axis Max Life Insurance Company. The role involves recruiting, training, and developing a team of insurance advisors/agents to drive sales, achieve business targets, and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Key Responsibilities: Recruit, train, and mentor insurance advisors/agents to build a strong sales team.
- Drive sales through advisors and achieve monthly/quarterly targets.
- Motivate and guide the team to generate leads, acquire new customers, and upsell/cross-sell insurance products.
- Monitor team performance, provide regular feedback, and ensure productivity.
- Conduct training sessions, workshops, and joint sales calls with advisors.
- Maintain healthy business relationships with clients and ensure service quality.
- Prepare and submit sales performance reports to management.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines.
