Job Description
The Electrical Supervisor oversees, coordinates, and schedules all electrical installation, maintenance, and repair activities on the construction site. This role ensures that all electrical systems meet safety regulations, engineering blueprints, project timelines, and quality standards while managing a team of on-site electricians and subcontractors.
⚙️ Key Responsibilities
- 👥 Team Supervision: Assign daily tasks to electricians, technicians, and apprentices.
- 📋 Project Scheduling: Plan daily work schedules to meet construction milestones.
- 🗺️ Blueprint Interpretation: Read and translate electrical schematics, blueprints, and wiring diagrams.
- 🛑 Safety Compliance: Enforce strict safety protocols, PPE usage, and local electrical codes.
- 🛠️ Quality Control: Inspect completed electrical installations to ensure flawless functionality.
- 📦 Material Management: Order, track, and manage inventory of electrical parts and equipment.
- 🔄 Coordination: Liaise with project managers, general contractors, and civil engineers.
- 📝 Progress Reporting: Maintain daily logs of work completed, hours logged, and site incidents.
- ⚠️ Troubleshooting: Diagnose complex wiring issues and system malfunctions on-site.
