Electrical / Power Electronics EngineerLocation: Chennai
Experience: 1–2 Years
Qualification: Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech – Electrical / EEE / ECE
Job Role:
We are looking for a hands-on Electrical / Power Electronics Engineer for our induction heating-based commercial cooking equipment division.
- Key ResponsibilitiesControl panel wiring, electrical assembly, cable termination and testing.
- Assemble and integrate induction heating control systems, coils, sensors and cooling systems.
- Test machines and set suitable operating parameters.
- Troubleshoot electrical, power electronics and control-related issues.
- Install and commission new machines at customer sites.
- Attend site service calls and resolve technical issues.
- Perform electrical measurements and basic fault diagnosis using testing instruments.
- Read and understand electrical wiring diagrams and circuit drawings.
- Preferred SkillsGood knowledge of electrical systems and panel wiring.
- Basic understanding of power electronics, IGBT, SMPS, sensors and control circuits.
- Hands-on experience with industrial equipment, automation or machine commissioning is preferred.
- Knowledge of PLC/HMI and RS485 communication is an added advantage.
- Willingness to travel to customer sites.
Ideal Candidate: A practical, hands-on electrical engineer interested in learning and working with induction heating and power electronics technology.
