Customer Support Executive - FEMALE


Hindi communication skills are mandatory.


Key Responsibilities·


  • Handle inbound and outbound customer calls.
  • Provide email and chat support.
  • Address customer queries and provide timely resolutions.
  • Drive sales and lead conversions.
  • Handle customer interactions effectively through active listening, persuasion, and negotiation.
