Job Description
Job Title: Malayalam Telecaller
Location: Thousand Lights, Chennai
Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month
Employment Type: Full-Time
Job Overview:We are looking for a Malayalam-speaking Telecaller to join our team in Chennai. The ideal candidate should be fluent in Malayalam and have good communication skills to handle customer interactions effectively.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Communicate clearly in Malayalam (mandatory)
- Experience in Telemarketing /Telesales or Outbound voice process
- Prior experience in handling target-based role
- Excellent communication skills
- Make outbound and handle inbound calls to customers
- Willing to work on weekends
