Job Description
Job Roles & Responsiblities:
- Provide customer support to the client's dealer network across Pan India for product-related queries and concerns.
- Handle incoming calls and support tickets, record each interaction accurately, and track tickets through resolution.
- Monitor pending issues, follow up with relevant teams, and help ensure timely closure of open tickets.
- Coordinate with partners and dealers to maintain smooth communication and effective issue resolution.
- Prepare and maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation related to client support activities.
- Communicate clearly with dealers and internal stakeholders in Hindi, English, and at least one South Indian language.
Requirements
- 1 to 3 years of experience in Customer Support; candidates from any industry may apply.
- Basic knowledge of Tally is required.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in Hindi and English, along with proficiency in any South Indian language.
- Ability to manage multiple calls and tickets while maintaining accurate records and follow-up discipline.
- Good coordination skills, a customer-focused approach, and attention to detail are essential.
