Job Description
* Coordinate with manufacturers and truck owners to match loads with available trucks.
* Negotiate freight rates to ensure mutually beneficial pricing.
* Track shipments and update transportation details in the system.
* Follow up with customers, truck owners, and warehouse teams to ensure timely loading and unloading.
* Resolve operational issues and maintain smooth communication between all stakeholders.
* Deliver a seamless transportation experience from booking to delivery.
