Job Description

Hiring – Telesales ExecutivesProcess: IDFC Personal Loan – Lead Generation

Location: Chennai

Language Requirements:

  • English + Tamil – V4 Skill Set (Mandatory)
  • English + Malayalam / Kannada – V3 Skill Set Accepted

Eligibility: Freshers & Experienced Candidates

Shift: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM

Week Off: Sunday (Fixed)

Salary Details:

  • With CTC: ₹21,000 CTC (PF + PT + ESIC included)
  • In-hand: ₹15,978 + Incentives
  • Without CTC: ₹18,000 Take-home + Incentives
