Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Sales Targets: Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals set by management.
  • Distributor & Retail Management: Onboard, appoint, and manage distributors, wholesalers, and retail outlets.
  • Beat Plan Execution: Follow a regular market visit (beat plan) to take secondary orders, track stock, and ensure product visibility.
  • Merchandising & Visibility: Place promotional displays, check shelf-fill rates, and monitor competitor pricing and activities.
  • Collections & Reporting: Ensure timely payments, manage credit policies, and submit Daily Sales Reports (DSR) or update field software
