Job Description
Role Summary
We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Inside Sales Executive to generate new business opportunities by connecting with business owners, founders, HR heads, and hiring managers.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective corporate clients.
- Identify businesses with recruitment and HR consulting requirements.
- Introduce Vedita Ventures and explain our services to potential clients.
- Generate qualified leads and schedule meetings with decision-makers.
- Follow up with prospects and maintain accurate CRM records.
- Support proposal discussions, client conversion, and sales pipeline development.
- Achieve weekly and monthly lead-generation and sales targets.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in inside sales, telesales, telemarketing, or business development.
- B2B sales or service sales experience is preferred.
- Strong communication, persuasion, and follow-up skills.
- Comfortable with cold calling and achieving sales targets.
- Basic computer skills and the ability to maintain lead records.
- Proficiency in Tamil, English, and Hindi will be an added advantage.
