Responsibilities:

  • Maintain daily accounts and financial records.
  • Prepare and verify invoices, bills, and payments.
  • Update stock and material-related transactions.
  • Handle supplier and transport bill verification.
  • Maintain receivables, payables, and outstanding records.
  • Update Tally/Excel/Google Sheets.
  • Coordinate with warehouse, purchase, sales, and logistics teams.
  • Prepare daily and monthly reports for management.
