Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate leads through personal contacts, references, social media, and local networks.
- Promote company projects and available properties to potential customers.
- Explain property details, pricing, payment plans, and project features.
- Arrange property visits and site visits for interested customers.
- Follow up with leads and maintain regular communication with customers.
- Coordinate with the sales team for negotiations and bookings.
- Assist customers during the initial stages of the property purchase process.
- Maintain basic records of leads, follow-ups, and customer enquiries.
- Achieve assigned sales or lead-generation targets.
