1. Production / Assembly OperatorJob responsibilities:

• Work on automotive lighting production and assembly lines.
• Assemble headlamps, tail lamps, LED lamps and related components.
• Operate basic production/assembly equipment and hand tools.
• Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and safety instructions.
• Check components before and during assembly.
• Perform fitting, fastening, tightening and other assembly operations.
• Conduct basic visual quality inspection.
• Identify defective parts and inform the supervisor.
• Maintain workplace cleanliness and follow 5S.
• Achieve daily production and quality targets.
• Work in rotational shifts as required.

2. Production TraineeResponsibilities:

• Learn automotive lighting manufacturing processes.
• Assist operators in production and assembly activities.
• Follow work instructions and safety procedures.
• Handle components carefully to prevent damage.
• Perform basic inspection of finished products.
• Maintain production records/checklists where required.
• Follow 5S and workplace safety standards.
• Support the team in achieving production targets.
• Report abnormalities, defects or machine problems to the supervisor.

3. Maintenance TechnicianResponsibilities:

• Perform preventive maintenance of production equipment.
• Attend machine breakdowns and assist in corrective maintenance.
• Troubleshoot basic mechanical and electrical problems.
• Work with pneumatic and hydraulic systems.
• Support maintenance of automated equipment, PLCs, robots and manipulators depending on skill level.
• Record maintenance activities and breakdown details.
• Participate in 5S and QRQC activities.
• Identify the root cause of repeated equipment failures.
• Support improvements to machine reliability and reduce downtime.
