Job Description
- Generate and manage leads for residential apartment and flat sales through calls, referrals, digital enquiries, field marketing, and other sources.
- Understand customer requirements, budget, preferred location, and property preferences.
- Explain project details, apartment specifications, pricing, amenities, offers, payment plans, and available units.
- Conduct customer meetings and coordinate property/site visits.
- Follow up with prospective customers regularly to convert enquiries into bookings.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers throughout the sales process.
- Handle customer queries, objections, negotiations, and provide suitable property solutions.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales and booking targets.
- Coordinate with CRM, finance, documentation, and project teams for smooth booking and closing.
- Assist customers with booking procedures, documentation, home-loan coordination, agreement, and registration processes.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, site visits, negotiations, and bookings in CRM systems.
- Conduct local market research and monitor competitor projects, pricing, offers, and market trends.
- Participate in field marketing activities, property exhibitions, promotional events, and referral programs.
- Prepare daily and weekly sales reports and provide regular updates to management.
- Provide post-sales support and maintain long-term customer relationships.
