Job Description

Lead Generation: Source prospective buyers and sellers via cold calling, digital platforms, referrals, and networking events.

Property Showings: Schedule and conduct site visits, presenting residential or commercial features aligned with client budgets and preferences.

Client Consultation: Assess financial capabilities and needs to recommend suitable real estate opportunities.

Contract Negotiation: Mediate pricing discussions, review purchase agreements, and finalize terms between buyers and sellers.

Transaction Coordination: Liaise with legal, documentation, and loan teams to ensure seamless handovers and compliance with local property regulations.
