Job Description
Regenxgen, a growing medical device company, is looking for a Tender Executive to manage government and institutional tenders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle end-to-end tender process from identification to submission and closure.
- Strong hands-on experience with GeM is mandatory.
- Manage GeM bidding, Reverse Auctions, product listing and order processing.
- Handle government hospital/institutional tenders.
- Prepare technical & commercial documents and ensure timely submissions.
- Track tender results, POs and deadlines.
Requirements:
- 2–3 years of tender management experience.
- Well versed with GeM portal and government procurement processes.
- Medical device/pharma/healthcare tender experience preferred.
- Good communication, Excel and documentation skills.
