Job Description
A Video KYC Verification Specialist is responsible for validating customer identities using recorded video calls, ensuring a seamless digital onboarding experience while strictly adhering to regulatory and compliance standards.Core ResponsibilitiesCustomer Verification: Conduct secure, real-time video calls to verify customer identity.Document Authentication: Inspect and cross-reference official documents (like PAN or Aadhaar) with the application data.Regulatory Adherence: Ensure all processes comply with banking and anti-money laundering (AML) guidelines.Fraud Detection: Identify discrepancies, tampering, or suspicious behavior during the video session. Any Degree completed can apply. and Hindi can speak or read and write or understand also can apply. Most preferably freshers.
