A Video KYC Verification Specialist is responsible for validating customer identities remotely using live video calls, ensuring a seamless digital onboarding experience while strictly adhering to regulatory and compliance standards.Core ResponsibilitiesCustomer Verification: Conduct secure, real-time video calls to verify customer identity.Document Authentication: Inspect and cross-reference official documents (like PAN or Aadhaar) with the application data.Regulatory Adherence: Ensure all processes comply with banking and anti-money laundering (AML) guidelines.Fraud Detection: Identify discrepancies, tampering, or suspicious behavior during the video session.
