Telecalling Executive

• Job ResponsibilitiesHandle incoming and outgoing calls with potential customers.
• Explain residential plots, villas, project details, pricing and offers.
• Generate leads and convert enquiries into site visits.
• Schedule and coordinate customer site visits with the sales team.
• Maintain regular follow-ups with interested customers.
• Support the sales team in converting site visits into bookings and registrations.
• Maintain accurate customer records and daily calling reports.
• Achieve monthly calling, site visit and sales targets.
