• Job ResponsibilitiesGenerate new customer leads through calls, referrals and online platforms.
• Contact potential customers and understand their financial protection and planning requirements.
• Explain suitable Life, Health, Motor and other financial protection solutions.
• Schedule and attend customer meetings.
• Follow up with leads regularly and convert prospects into customers.
• Maintain daily call, lead, meeting and sales records.
• Achieve assigned monthly sales targets.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Coordinate with the internal team for documentation and customer support.
• Required SkillsGood communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic knowledge of sales and customer handling.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Good follow-up and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work towards targets.
• Freshers with good communication skills are welcome.
