Sales & Marketing Executive

Gandiva is a TNPSC preparation app that helps aspirants prepare with quality study content, PYQs, quiz practice and personalized learning features.

We are looking for a Tamil-speaking Inside Sales Executive to join our team and help TNPSC aspirants discover Gandiva Premium.

• ResponsibilitiesCall TNPSC aspirants using our business calling system.
• Understand their preparation needs and explain how Gandiva can help them.
• Follow up with interested aspirants and convert them into Premium subscribers.
• Share Gandiva Premium details and payment information through our official WhatsApp Business account.
• Update lead status and follow-up details in our sales system.
• Work towards daily calling and sales targets.
• RequirementsExcellent Tamil communication skills.
• Confident and friendly while speaking on the phone.
• Good listening, convincing and follow-up skills.
• Comfortable speaking with new people.
• Self-motivated and target-oriented.
• Basic smartphone/computer knowledge.
• Freshers are welcome. Previous telecalling or sales experience is an advantage, but not mandatory.

• Full-time – 8 hours/day
• Qualified TNPSC leads will be provided by Gandiva.
• Calling and sales tools will be provided.
• Fixed salary + performance-based incentives.
• 7-day paid evaluation period before confirmation.
