MIS Executive

 • Publishing dashboards and Trends for responsible Verticals/Products 

  • Coordinating with internal stakeholders to facilitate smooth flow of MIS reporting

  • Producing meaningful campaign and sales dashboards and delivering cross channel performance reports with actionable insights

  • Working with internal technology teams to set-up system integrations required to automate reports, implement models etc.

  • Ensuring the TAT and Accuracy of all MIS Reports and overall stability of the MIS Vertical handled by the staff

  • Co-ordinate, track and monitor set SLAs are met by related dependent teams

  • Team management , taking training of the MIS team

  • Monitoring Sales Incentives for the verticals. 

  • Catering to Adhoc data requirements by business/ other departments. 

  • Timely data sharing for Rewards and Recognition across verticals and roles. 

  • Maintaining MTD and YTD data

  • Thorough knowledge of MIS and related report generation

  • Data Analytics and MIS reporting

  • Preparing MIS Dashboard on weekly, monthly & Quarterly basis.

  • Preparing and analyze reports & other statements with a view to apprise management of process operations and assist in critical decision-making process by using MS-Excel.
