Digital Marketing Manager

Key Responsibilities.

• Manage social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and Google Business Profile.
• Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and customer enquiries.
• Create and schedule engaging posts, reels, videos, stories, and promotional content.
• Plan and execute paid advertising campaigns through platforms such as Google Ads and Meta Ads.
• Generate quality leads through digital campaigns and monitor lead conversion.
• Coordinate with the sales and telecalling teams for proper lead follow-up.
• Monitor website, social media, and campaign performance.
• Track important metrics such as leads, enquiries, conversions, engagement, reach, and advertising costs.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly digital marketing reports.
• Identify new digital marketing opportunities and competitor activities.
• Coordinate with designers, video editors, and other marketing team members when required.
• Maintain and update Google Business Profile and respond to customer reviews and enquiries.
• Ensure all promotional content follows the company's brand guidelines.
• Conduct market research to understand customer trends and improve campaigns.

Required Skills.

• Basic knowledge of SEO, Google Analytics, and lead-generation strategies.
• Good content-writing and communication skills.
• Knowledge of Canva or similar design tools is an advantage.
• Basic understanding of CRM and lead management.
• Strong analytical and reporting skills.
• Creative thinking and problem-solving ability.
• Good knowledge of Social Media Marketing, Google Ads, and Meta Ads
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Qualification & Experience.

• 2-7 years of experience in digital marketing preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Freshers with strong digital marketing knowledge and practical skills may also apply.
