role: CUSTOMER SUPPORT OFFICER The role of a Customer Support Officer is to onboard factory owners to our platform.

  • Explain the company’s services and benefits clearly to the factory owners.
  • Encourage and assist them in joining and using our platform.
  • Build a good relationship with customers and support them during the onboarding process.
