Job Description
Job Summary:
We are looking for a friendly and customer-focused Customer Care Executive to handle customer queries related to personal loans, explain loan products, assist customers throughout the loan process, and maintain good customer relationships.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Handle customer calls and respond to personal loan-related queries.
- Explain loan products, eligibility, documentation, and process clearly.
- Assist customers with their loan applications and follow-ups.
- Make outbound calls to existing and potential customers.
- Maintain regular follow-up with customers regarding loan status.
- Provide accurate information about loan requirements and procedures.
- Build and maintain positive customer relationships.
- Record customer details and call information in the system.
- Coordinate with the internal loan processing team when required.
- Achieve assigned daily/weekly/monthly performance targets.
- Resolve customer concerns professionally and promptly.
Skills Required:
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of personal loans and banking/finance.
- Ability to communicate confidently over the phone.
- Customer-friendly attitude.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Good follow-up and convincing skills.
