Job Description
- Generate leads for personal loans through various channels.
- Develop relationships with customers, referral partners, and agents.
- Understand customer financial requirements and suggest suitable loan products.
- Coordinate with banks/NBFCs for loan processing.
- Follow up with customers and ensure document completion.
- Achieve monthly business and disbursement targets.
- Generate business through field visits, references, and digital marketing.
- Maintain daily lead and sales reports.
