After successful completion of the initial 3-month probation period, the salary will be revised as per market standards based on performance.

We're looking for a Business Development Executive who combines strong research skills with exceptional business communication.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys understanding industries, identifying opportunities, building professional relationships, and crafting persuasive business narratives that open doors.

What You'll Do:

* Research companies, industries, and markets to identify new business opportunities.

* Build and manage prospect lists using LinkedIn and other research platforms.

* Write high-quality outreach emails, business proposals, and corporate communication.

* Develop compelling business narratives tailored to each prospect.

* Track market trends, competitors, and emerging opportunities.

* Continuously learn and adopt new digital research and prospecting tools.

* Collaborate with internal teams to support business development initiatives.

What We're Looking For Required:

* LinkedIn profile with 500+ connections (Mandatory)

* 6 months - 2 years of experience in Business Development, Market Research, Lead Generation, or a similar role

* Excellent written and spoken English

* Strong storytelling and business communication skills

* Research-oriented mindset with analytical thinking

* Self-motivated, adaptable, and comfortable working in a startup environment

* Experience in B2B SaaS, technology, or startup ecosystems

* Basic understanding of AI tools for research and productivity
