Business Development Executive (BDE)

Experience: 6 Months – 2 Years Salary Package: ₹25,000 per month + Petrol Allowance

Job Summary :We are looking for a motivated Business Development Executive (BDE) to identify new business opportunities and build a strong customer pipeline. The role requires regular field visits to construction sites, builders, contractors, architects, consultants, and project offices to identify new projects, establish relationships, and generate qualified business leads. 

Roles & Responsibilities

• Visit construction sites, builders, contractors, architects, consultants, and developers daily. 
• Identify new projects and generate business opportunities. 
• Conduct cold calls, client meetings, and product introductions.
• Build relationships with project stakeholders and decision-makers.
•  Collect project information and market intelligence. 
• Coordinate customer appointments at the Experience Centre for product demonstrations, requirement discussions, and business opportunities.
• Maintain daily visit reports and CRM updates. 
• Coordinate with the sales team for quotations and project follow-ups
• Meet monthly lead generation and business development targets. 
• Represent the company at exhibitions and networking events whenever required.

Qualifications & Skills 

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, Civil Engineering, or any relevant discipline. 

• 6 months–2 years of experience in Business Development or Field Sales. 

• Strong communication and negotiation skills. 

• Ability to build customer relationships. 

• Basic computer and CRM knowledge. 

• Willingness to travel extensively. 

• Two-wheeler with a valid driving license is preferred.
