Job Summary:

We are looking for a confident, enthusiastic, and customer-oriented Telecaller to contact potential clients, explain the company’s immigration and education consultancy services, handle inquiries, and schedule appointments for consultations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential clients and respond to incoming inquiries.
• Explain the company’s immigration, visa, and education consultancy services.
• Follow up with prospective clients and maintain regular communication.
• Schedule appointments and coordinate with the counselling team.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, client details, and follow-ups.
• Provide correct information about services and forward complex queries to the appropriate team.
• Achieve assigned calling targets and maintain professional communication with clients.

Required Skills:

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic computer knowledge and data-entry skills.
• Ability to handle customer inquiries professionally.
• Good listening, convincing, and follow-up skills.
• Hindi and Punjabi communication skills; basic English is preferred.
• Previous telecalling or customer service experience is an advantage.

Qualification: 12th Pass or Graduate preferred.
