Job Overview:

We are looking for a confident and enthusiastic Telecaller to join our team. Experience & Freshers are welcome to apply. The candidate will be responsible for making calls, handling customer enquiries, providing information, and generating potential leads.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle incoming calls and respond to enquiries professionally.
  • Explain products, services, courses, or offers clearly.
  • Follow up with interested customers and maintain regular communication.
  • Generate and qualify leads through calling.
  • Maintain proper records of calls, enquiries, and follow-ups.
  • Achieve daily and monthly calling targets.
  • Build a positive relationship with customers through effective communication.


  • Requirements:
  • 12th pass / Graduate in any stream.
  • Freshers are welcome to apply.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic knowledge of Hindi and English.
  • Confident and polite while speaking on calls.
  • Basic computer knowledge.
