Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Generation: Find and engage prospective clients through field visits, networking, and local marketing campaigns.
- Product Pitching: Explain life insurance policies, savings schemes, and financial protection plans based on customer needs.
- Sales Conversion: Manage the sales pipeline from initial contact to closing the deal and completing documentation.
- Relationship Management: Maintain post-sale connections with clients to encourage renewals and generate referrals.
- Market Execution: Support local promotional activities and execute channel sales strategies assigned by regional managers
