Marketing Executive

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Marketing Executive to promote our school, drive student admissions, and counsel parents. The ideal candidate must have a deep understanding of both CBSE and CHSE curricula, excellent interpersonal skills, and a proven track record in educational marketing or admissions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Marketing & Outreach: Plan and execute local marketing campaigns (digital and offline) to promote the school’s CBSE and CHSE streams.
• Lead Generation: Visit local communities, tuition centers, and feeder schools to generate admission inquiries. Run digital ads (Facebook/Google) targeting local parents.
• Parent Counseling: Act as the primary point of contact for prospective parents. Counsel them on the benefits of CBSE vs. CHSE, fee structures, and school facilities to convert inquiries into admissions.
• School Branding: Organize and manage school events, open houses, and PTMs to showcase school infrastructure and academic excellence.
• Follow-ups: Maintain a CRM/database of prospective students and conduct regular follow-ups via phone, WhatsApp, and email.
• Market Research: Keep track of competing schools' fee structures, facilities, and marketing strategies.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Graduate/Postgraduate in Marketing, Business Administration, or Education.
• 2+ years of experience in education marketing, admissions counseling, or school administration.
• In-depth knowledge of CBSE and CHSE curriculum structures and their respective advantages.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills (Fluency in English, Hindi, and the local language e.g., Odia).
• Empathy and patience to handle parent queries and concerns.
• Basic knowledge of digital marketing and social media management.

Compensation:

Fixed Salary + Attractive Incentives based on admission targets met.
