📌 Job DescriptionWe are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Customer Relationship Manager to join our team in the Real Estate & Financial Services sector.
- 🔹 Key ResponsibilitiesHandle and maintain relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Contact customers, understand their requirements, and provide suitable information.
- Explain real estate projects and financial-related products/services to clients.
- Convince interested customers to visit real estate project sites.
- Conduct regular follow-ups through calls and WhatsApp.
- Coordinate with the sales team for client meetings and site visits.
- Assist customers with their finance-related queries and requirements.
- Maintain customer records and ensure excellent customer service.
- Achieve assigned sales and customer-conversion targets.
- 👤 EligibilityFreshers are welcome to apply.
- Candidates with experience in Real Estate, Finance, Banking, Insurance, Sales, Telecalling, or Customer Relationship Management will be preferred.
- Good communication and convincing skills are required.
