Client Service Executive

Key Responsibilities​Technical Support & Equipment Maintenance

• ​Perform on-site installation, diagnostic testing, routine maintenance, and repair of agricultural equipment (e.g., tractors, harvesters, automated drip irrigation, drone systems, or IoT soil sensors).
• ​Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and electronic issues directly in the field.
• ​Coordinate with central technical teams for complex component overhauls or system failures.

​Farmer Onboarding & Training

• ​Conduct product demonstrations and hands-on operational training for farmers, farm hands, and local dealers.
• ​Educate clients on preventive maintenance routines, safety protocols, and optimal usage patterns to maximize equipment lifespan.

​Operations & Field Reporting

• ​Maintain detailed service logs, field visit logs, job cards, and customer history using CRM or mobile field-reporting software.
• ​Manage inventory of critical spare parts, specialized tools, and service kits assigned to the field unit.
• ​Track local service requests, prioritize emergency breakdown visits, and adhere to SLA turn-around times.

​Customer Relationship & Feedback Loop

• ​Build strong, trust-based relationships with regional farming communities and agricultural cooperatives.
• ​Collect feedback from end-users regarding machine performance, common failure points, and usability issues to share with product/R&D teams.
• ​Identify cross-selling or service-contract extension opportunities during regular field visits.
