About the RoleRupeeland Mart is looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Sales Executives to assist customers, promote products, and contribute to store sales. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to work towards sales targets.

• Key ResponsibilitiesWelcome customers and understand their needs.
• Explain product features, pricing, offers and promotions.
• Guide customers to suitable products across store categories.
• Achieve assigned daily, weekly and monthly sales targets.
• Build positive relationships with customers and provide a good shopping experience.
• Handle customer queries and coordinate with the Store Manager when required.
• Maintain product displays and ensure the sales floor is neat and organised.
• Check product availability and coordinate with the inventory team.
• Support billing and other store activities when required.
• Follow company policies, store procedures and customer service standards.
• Eligibility & RequirementsMinimum Qualification: +2; graduates preferred.
• Experience: 6 months – 2 years in retail sales or customer handling.
• Good communication and convincing skills.
• Customer-oriented and target-driven approach.
• Basic knowledge of sales and customer service.
• Ability to work in a team and handle multiple customers.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)Achievement of sales targets.
• Customer satisfaction and service quality.
• Product knowledge and customer engagement.
• Lead conversion and upselling.
• Store presentation and discipline.
• Team coordination and reporting.
• Compensation & BenefitsSalary: Up to ₹20,000 per month, depending on experience and interview performance.

Working Hours11:00 AM – 9:00 PM Break: 1 hour
