Job Description

Responsibilities of Business Development Manager


1. Handle all customer enquiries professionally through phone calls, WhatsApp and walk-ins.

2. Maintain proper records of all enquiries, quotations, device inward entries, and customer communications.

3. Ensure all devices received for repair are properly documented using the prescribed inward format.

4. Manage timely delivery of repaired devices and obtain proper customer acknowledgment during delivery.

5. Generate new business opportunities by contacting potential customers, companies, institutions, and corporate clients.

6. Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure repeat business and referrals.

7. Coordinate with the technical team to ensure all repair jobs are completed within the committed turnaround time.

8. Regularly update customers regarding repair status and expected delivery timelines.

9. Ensure customer complaints and service issues are addressed promptly and professionally.

10. Follow up on pending quotations, repair approvals, and payment collections.

11. Promote all services offered by Spectrum Technology, including Laptop, MacBook, iPhone,iPad, AppleWatch, Desktop, Printer, Projector, Mobile, Tablet, & Data Recovery.

12. Achieve monthly targets for business development, service revenue, customer acquisition, and customer retention.

13. Coordinate with management regarding business opportunities, customer feedback, and market trends.

14. Ensure proper inventory movement records for spare parts and customer devices.

15. Maintain professionalism, discipline, and a customer-centric approach at all times.

16. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on enquiries, conversions, repairs, deliveries, collections, and business development activities.

17. Support marketing activities, promotional campaigns, social media enquiries, and lead generation initiatives to increase business growth.

18. Ensure all payments are collected and deposited as per company policies.

19. Work towards increasing customer satisfaction, service quality, and overall business growth of Spectrum Technology.
