Job SummaryWe are looking for enthusiastic and motivated Sales Executives to join our Domestic Voice Process team in HSR Layout, Bangalore.

The role involves speaking with domestic customers over the phone, understanding their requirements, explaining products/services, handling objections, and converting leads into successful sales.

• Key ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to domestic customers.
• Understand customer requirements and provide suitable solutions.
• Explain products/services clearly and confidently.
• Generate sales through effective customer conversations.
• Handle customer questions and objections professionally.
• Follow up with interested customers and convert leads.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
• Follow company sales processes and guidelines.
• Ensure a positive customer experience throughout the sales process.
• Skills RequiredGood English and Hindi communication skills.
• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good convincing and negotiation abilities.
• Customer-focused and positive attitude.

• Ability to handle objections and close sales.
