Job Description – Telesales Executive

Company: Earth Constructions & Real Estate

Location: Banashankari, Bangalore

Roles & Responsibilities :

  • Make outbound calls to potential customers and generate leads.
  • Understand clients’ budgets, preferred locations, and property requirements.
  • Explain residential projects, offers, and investment opportunities in Bangalore.
  • Follow up with interested customers and convert leads into site visits.
  • Maintain daily call records and update the CRM/Excel sheet.
  • Coordinate with the sales team to close deals and achieve monthly targets.
  • Preferred Candidate ProfileMinimum 1 year of telesales or real estate experience preferred.
  • Good communication and convincing skills.
  • Basic computer knowledge and Excel skills.
  • Target-oriented, confident, and customer-friendly.
