Telemarketing Manager

Laddha Renewables Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an enthusiastic and confident Telecaller / Sales Coordinator to support its rooftop solar sales operations. The candidate will be responsible for cold calling potential customers, generating leads, explaining solar solutions, preparing quotations, and coordinating with the sales team to convert enquiries into business opportunities.

1. Key ResponsibilitiesMake outbound cold calls to homeowners, factories, commercial establishments, schools and institutions.
2. Identify potential customers and generate qualified leads for rooftop solar installations.
3. Explain the benefits of solar energy, cost savings, and available solar solutions to prospective customers.
4. Prepare and share quotations and proposals with prospective customers.
5. Follow up regularly with leads and customers through calls, WhatsApp and emails.
6. Maintain daily call records, customer databases and lead status in Excel/CRM.
7. Coordinate with the sales and technical teams for site visits, quotations and customer requirements.
8. Handle basic customer queries and schedule appointments for the sales team.
9. Achieve daily calling targets and monthly lead-generation targets.
10. Maintain professional communication and build positive relationships with prospective customers.

• Required SkillsGood communication skills in English, Hindi and Kannada.
• Confidence in making outbound calls and handling customer objections.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word and email.
• Ability to prepare quotations and maintain customer records.
• Good interpersonal skills and a positive attitude.
• Willingness to learn about rooftop solar products and solutions.
