Accountant

Laddha Renewables Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Accountant with 2 years of experience to manage day-to-day accounting operations, financial records, GST compliance, and banking transactions. The candidate should have good knowledge of accounting principles, Tally, Excel, and statutory compliance.

1. Key ResponsibilitiesMaintain day-to-day accounting entries, purchase, sales, receipts and payments.
2. Handle GST returns, TDS calculations, and statutory compliance.
3. Prepare bank reconciliation statements and vendor/customer ledger reconciliation.
4. Maintain accounts payable and receivable records.
5. Assist in monthly closing, financial statements and MIS reports.
6. Manage invoices, vouchers, bills and other financial documentation.
7. Coordinate with auditors, banks, vendors and internal departments.
8. Ensure accurate maintenance of books of accounts and timely reporting.
9. Handle e-invoicing, e-way bills and GST documentation.
10. Maintain proper records of expenses, cash flow and company transactions.

• Required SkillsGood knowledge of Tally Prime and MS Excel.
• Working knowledge of GST, TDS and Income Tax.
• Understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
