Job Description
Job Description – Telecalling Executive
We are hiring Telecalling Executives for our Personal Loan Department.
Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to customers.
- Explain personal loan products and eligibility.
- Generate leads and follow up with interested customers.
- Maintain customer and call records.
- Achieve daily/monthly calling targets.
Requirements:
- Good communication skills in English and any South Indian language.
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
- Candidates with telecalling/BPO/sales experience are preferred.
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 + Incentives
Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM
Working Days: 6 days
Weekly Off: Sunday + 2nd Saturday + National Holidays
Location: New Thippasandra, Bengaluru
Joining: Immediate
