Job Title: Telecaller - Postpaid Sales

Job Description:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and target-driven Telecaller to promote and sell Vodafone Idea Postpaid connections to prospective customers. The candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls, explaining postpaid plans and benefits, generating leads, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Contact potential customers through outbound calls.
• Explain Vodafone Idea postpaid plans, offers, and services.
• Identify customer needs and recommend suitable plans.
• Generate leads and convert them into successful sales.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
• Follow up with interested customers to close sales.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Handle customer queries professionally and provide appropriate solutions.
• Coordinate with field sales teams for SIM delivery and activation when required.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and telecom regulations.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum 10th Pass or Graduate.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM systems.
• Ability to convince and negotiate with customers.
• Strong sales orientation and target achievement mindset.
• Experience in telecalling, telesales, or telecom sales will be preferred.
